Purchases and unlock
Subscriptions and unlock purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play. If you paid but the app still looks locked, try Restore purchases in Settings. Still stuck? Email us with the store you used and roughly when you purchased.
Missing plates
The catalog aims to cover every U.S. license plate we can document. If you’ve spotted one that isn’t in the app, report it from the app, post it in the Facebook group, or email a description (and a photo if you have one) and we’ll look into adding it.
